Mon Reve Farm has been set up for the welfare of all horses. It is our aim to provide a haven for horses whether they be in training, rehabilitating from injury or simply in the paddock having a spell.
Our approach is holistic. Every horse is hair tested to provide them with the correct diet that will provide the necessary nutrition to achieve their potential without creating other problems that may lead to issues such as ulcers, tying up, colic, skin irritations, muscle soreness, laminitis, joint soreness or intestinal upsets. We have had wonderful success in rejuvenating a horse’s career, whether they be racehorses or performance horses, using our practices. We have returned horses to their careers after tendon/ligament injuries, chronic joint pain, chronic feet problems, ulcers, severe muscle injury, toxic liver profiles etc.
Natural Therapies such as Herbal & Homeopathic Remedies, Micro-amperage, Laser, Ultrasound & Magnetic Therapy combined with a program of exercise using some or all of our assets, which include a 1500m undulating all weather track, swimming facilities, round yard and wonderful lead ponies we are very successful in rehabilitating many injuries and problems.
It is our aim to provide these services at a cost that is not prohibitive for the horse’s owner and therefore encourage them to seek the best outcome for their horse.
